Excellent location near to Serralves, the beach, downtown, the airport, and pretty much anywhere in Porto and the amazing food court at Mercado de Bom Sucesso, and satisfactory breakfast. Central heating, a work desk, and television available in the economy twin room. Clean bathroom with a bathtub.

The location was central, excellent to the heart of the city or to the coastline. Found Tapas & Destapas with perfect drinks 500 metres away.

Fantastic hotel with absolutely perfect location very close to a shopping centre with a wide variety of cheaper food outlets to choose from and very amiable staff from the housekeeper to the receptionist. Easy check-in, late check-out.

The reception staff spoke English, which is more than I can say for most of the other hotels we stayed in. They were friendly helpful and efficient The rooms were OK though getting the heating going involved a bit of trial and error. the Wi Fi / Internet worked well, though it would be an idea to have some kind of workspace area with suitable desks and chairs for computer users. Its central location and car parking facilities made it a good choice for us as we had arranged to have a meeting with delegates from Germany and Lithuania who also stayed in the hotel. I liked the background music - not too loud but worth listening to

No one involved in the catering seems to have been trained in how to make British tea, but then this seems common throughout Spain & Portugal. The hotel was quiet, hardly any sign of life in the place, but I guess with the recession in both Spain & Portugal making life difficult for everyone running a business is not a lot that can be done in this respect. The room cleaners were a bit too enthusiastic

This is a real value-for-money facility. They have nice breakfast with really fresh rolls! The wireless network could be used with no compromise, the signal reliability was excellent.

Convenient location, walkable to city center in 30 mins or bus 501 in 10 mins. Twin beds available at reasonable prices. Tidy, clean rooms with daily towel and pillowcase refresh. Helpful staff, special mention to Gloria for her efficient cleaning. Adjacent to large shopping mall and bus terminal.

Staff was courteus and friendly. They were helpful in more ways than I would have expected. We were given access to their meeting room for our meetings for two weeks that we were there. The manager was even better than all the staff. We had come from abroad to finish some research work since one of our colleague was working at the University. I would recommend the place to anybody.

I greatly appreciated the kindness of the staff. This included providing facilities for my work with colleagues. These were almost perfect for the scientific discussions we have had during two weeks.

We had a pleasant time staying at this hotel. The venue was fantastic and the staff was very amiable, it had unbeatable location near public transport. Location: the hotel was next to a shopping centre with a wide variety of cheaper food outlets to choose from and Casa da Musica metro stop, which is easy to get to from the airport. Loved central heating, a work desk and multi-channel TV in the room.

I asked for economy queen room and it was well-equipped with an ashtray full of recently smoked cigarettes. Central heating, a work desk and television were available here too.

I stayed in this pleasant hotel for 6 days, had enjoyable experience, liked its decent location short walk to Serralves, the beach, downtown, the airport, and pretty much anywhere in Porto. The staff was affable, provided an easy check-in and a late check-out. There were central heating, a work desk and television in the rooms, which made them good-sized and well-equipped. Everything was simply great.
